The LGBTQ+ footprint project was created by Tobias Holfelt and Fabrice Houdart, LGBTQ+ activists deeply involved in LGBTQ+ philanthropy:

Fabrice Houdart
Fabrice Houdart is the Executive Director of the Association of LGBTQ+ Corporate Directors, Principal at Fabrice Houdart Inc and OutPeform LGBT Global Invest. Fabrice volunteers on the Boards of Outright Action International, Housing Works, Fondation Emergence (Governor), TransNewYork, Witness to Mass Incarceration (President), the International Day Against Homophobia and Transphobia (Treasurer), the Institute of Current World Affairs (Trustee) and Open for Business (sr. Advisor to the Board). He is a fellow of the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (FRSA) and a member of the Impact Guild. He is a member of the Cosmos Club in Washington, DC.

Tobias Holfelt
Tobias is the CEO and Founder of OutPerform Global LGBT Invest, an international LGBT Investment and advocacy organization. Tobias has worked with LGBT issues for 20 years and also founded MB Market Makers with the core competence of transnational PR and communication, destination marketing and valuation of LGBT from a business perspective. Having studied LGBT market value across the world over many years, the core business is international LGBT-communication and workplace inclusion implementation and training for the private sector, connecting corporations and communities in Asia, Europe and North America. In addition, Tobias is the Founder and Chairman of SGLCC, and co-founder EGLCC that seeks to enhance the exchange of ideas and increase business across the Atlantic as well as serve as a source for supplier diversity.
